Hey readers of Traveling Trendy! Right off the bat, I want to let you know that this is one of the most honest and vulnerable posts I’ll probably ever write. I like to be a relatively private person, and being vulnerable is not one of my strong suits. It’s taken me a long time to get these words out, but it’s time to share about some of my experiences and why I needed to take some time for me.
Paris was one of those cities that I had always dreamed of going to, and knew I would take off the second I had the chance. Even though everyone grows up seeing pictures of Paris and it’s many landmarks, nothing does it justice than seeing it in person. Walking by these amazing landmarks everyday never got old, and it was breathtaking every time.
London, another city that seems to never sleep, and a place that was difficult to leave. It was such a whirlwind of an experience and I tried to pack in everything I possibly could to make the most of my trip. I would have loved to stay for another week to truly check everything off of my list, but it was such a fulfilling trip nonetheless. Below is everything you need to know about a trip to London!
Not a lot of people know this about me, but one of my favorite places to travel is out west to New Mexico. Not only can I not get enough of the mountain landscapes and dry heat, but I also have a lot of family that still lives in Albuquerque, so visiting is always an amazing time.
One of the things I really observed and learned about French fashion is the amazing use of minimalist pieces that really highlights one portion of an outfit, whether it be their shoes, purse, jacket, etc.
Day 2 in Paris, and I’m deciding I may never leave. Like ever. This city is so charming and so lovely. Everything here is as I dreamt it would be! Even though I don’t speak a lick of French, getting around the city and navigating is fairly easy, and contrary to popular belief, the people are just lovely.
Paris is a city that had always been on the tip top of my bucket list. And I knew for my first trip abroad, there was no way I wasn’t going to visit. Not only is Paris full of incredible culinary spots and amazing landmarks, it is also one of the fashion capitals of the world.
Day 3 in London and another chance to delve into the London fashion trends! For this day, I wanted a look that felt more traditional London while still being able to walk around the city with ease while touring the sites.
